Nick Nester

Co-Founder

Nick bring extensive experience in heavy civil construction, underground utilities, and field operations leadership. His background spans hands-on supervision through operations management, with responsibility for complex civil infrastructure and vertical construction projects amounting to more than $40 million dollars of completed civil work under his supervision. Nick leads projects with a strong emphasis on productivity, constructability, and accountability in the field.

Nolan Elias

Nolan began his construction career in framing and vertical construction progressing from residential framing into large scale civil and vertical construction. His experience includes mass grading operations, complex concrete scopes at large scale, and management of both civil and building work totaling over $50 million in completed projects. Nolan’s leadership bridges field execution and project management, ensuring schedule and quality objectives are always met.
